La K konsulting Srl (K k), società specializzata nella consulenza gestionale e commerciale per i Centri Commerciali ed il Retail, nasce nel 2007 da un’ idea di Luca Terlizzo che, dopo aver maturato un’esperienza significativa lavorando presso società di Consulenza operanti sul territorio Nazionale, ha deciso di trasferire il proprio know how nel Sud Italia focalizzando l’attenzione sulle molteplici aspettative commerciali che il territorio offre per lo sviluppo retail di catene nazionali ed internazionali.

Il comparto aziendale denominato "Area Retail Development – ARD" rappresenta il core business della K k.

L’ “ARD” studia l’azienda dall’interno, elabora i processi decisionali e valuta le aspettative, fornisce informazioni complementari e oggettive per un’analisi di dettaglio e di raffronto e una valutazione del potenziale attuale e prospettico.
L’obiettivo di una veloce espansione dell’azienda riporta al centro l’aspetto sostanziale della individuazione delle location. Solo una puntuale conoscenza del territorio, della disponibilità attuale e prospettica di location coerenti con il concept può garantire la sostenibilità del progetto al quale l’investitore rivolge la sua attenzione.

La K k detiene un ampio database che comprende e classifica, in base a parametri qualitativi e quantitativi, tutte le strutture commerciali italiane monitorando tutti gli aspetti caratterizzanti le stesse: dimensione, bacino di utenza, insegne presenti, fatturati, flussi, ricommercializzazioni ecc.

K konsulting Srl (K k) is a company specialised in management and business consulting for Shopping Centres and Retailers. It was conceived by Luca Terlizzo and founded in 2007. Luca Terlizzo had worked for many years in consulting companies all over Italy gaining significant experience in the field. He, then, decided to bring his know-how and experience in Southern Italy focussing on the business potential of that area for the development of national and international retail franchises.

“Area Retail Development – ARD” is K k’s core business department.

ARD analyses companies from their inside, examines their decision-making processes and assesses their expectations. ARD offers objective and supplementary information, which allows for contrast-detail analyses and assessments of the actual and expected potentiality. We believe that the identification of the location is one of the main goals for a company aimed at growing rapidly. We believe that the sustainability of a project is rooted in the familiarity with the area and with the present and expected availability of locations, which must be consistent with the company concept. To these aspects investors pay their attention. K k has a big database where all the Italian business facilities are listed and classified according to qualitative and quantitative parameters, which allow to monitor all of their specific aspects: dimension, consumer base, signs, turnover, accounting flows, etc.
